Cocoluxur provides Products and Services to our customers and clients under the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Proceeding to complete purchase is acceptance of our Terms and conditions.
PRODUCTS
Delivery Policy
Delivery address must be a street address.
For any business address, please indicate if it is a shop/company name and that it is available during business hours.
Any addresses that have restricted access such as high rise buildings, units/apartments complex, special notes in shipping instruction must be indicated and that Cocoluxur is not responsible if purchasers fail to inform as goods can be left with concierge.
PO Box addresses cannot be accepted
Delivery of smaller items will take between 5-10 business days of placement of your order, depending on where the delivery address is.
Delivery of larger/heavier items will take up to 4 weeks of place of your, depending on where the delivery address is.
*Shipping is for all State’s Metro areas, regional areas will be notified for courier cost or if delivery address is more than 50km, a freight quote is required prior to purchase.
Regional areas must obtain freight quote prior to purchase, failure to do so and order put through without quote, resulting cancellation of order will incur a transactional fee.
Cocoluxur is not liable for lost/stolen or damages for parcels that has been delivered.
We are not liable for delays of the third party freight carriers and delivery preparedness of timeframe for required items should be taken into consideration.
Pick up Policy
Appointment is required to be made prior to any pick up of items.
Customers will be required to ensure own assistance to carry out pick up orders.
Customers are responsible for checking item/s upon pick up before leaving premises. If customers fail to check item/s before leaving premises, no credit/refund will be issued if items are damaged, fault due to damage thereafter.
Cocoluxur is not liable for any damage occur during transit of picked up items.
Inventory & Products
We maintain and update our website on a regular basis; however due to our website not being our sole sales avenue we cannot always guarantee that items displayed on our website will be available at time of processing your order. In fairness to all clients, orders received via the website, email or telephone are processed in sequence of receipt. If the occasion arises that a particular item you have ordered is not available when we receive and process your order one of our friendly sales staff will be in touch with you.
Products are subject to studio lighting, natural lighting and other slight variances on timber grains, colour, knots and visible craftsmanship of product. Product images are subject to different colour/lighting settings of computer monitors/tablets/phones etc. Customers must ensure suitable prior to purchase as slight variations can occur.
Return, Refund Policy & Procedures
Only applies when goods are inspected and notified to Cocoluxur within 48hrs of receiving of goods if goods are damaged. Please unpack all goods and inspect for any damages. Non repairable/damaged items are to be disposed of by customer.
We do not refund/exchange for change of mind, please ensure goods are suitable prior to purchasing.
Freight cost are non refundable once order has been delivered for all orders. We do not cover return freight costs.
Please place any damaged goods into original packaging and retain all packaging. A Photo must be sent to us with the description of the damages, containing the following within the first 48 hours:
– Order Number
– Full Name
– Email address
– Contact number
– Street address
All Product/s must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and parts, not assembled or partly assembled in any way, and in a re-sellable condition.
Gift Vouchers & Credit Note
Gift vouchers/Store credits are valid for 36 months. As gift vouchers/store credits are transferable, we are not liable for any lost or stolen gift codes.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Freight costs that has been utilised will not be exchanged to credit note.
Pre order items
When an item is on back order/pre order, an indication of time of shipment is an estimate only. Delays on sea freight shipment are out of our control & we will not be held liable for all unforeseen circumstances. All Pre orders/Back orders are non refundable, a credit note for store can be provided. Transactional fee will apply for cancelled pre orders.
We are not liable for any mis-use of product or wear and tear.
