Cocoluxur provides Products and Services to our customers and clients under the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

PRODUCTS

Delivery Policy

Delivery address must be a street address.
For any business address, please indicate if it is a shop/company name and that it is available during business hours.
Any addresses that have restricted access such as high rise buildings, units/apartments complex, special notes in shipping instruction must be indicated and that Cocoluxur is not responsible if purchasers fail to inform as goods can be left with concierge.
PO Box addresses cannot be accepted

Inventory

We maintain and update our website on a regular basis; however due to our website not being our sole sales avenue we cannot always guarantee that items displayed on our website will be available at time of processing your order. In fairness to all clients, orders received via the website, email or telephone are processed in sequence of receipt. If the occasion arises that a particular item you have ordered is not available when we receive and process your order one of our friendly sales staff will be in touch with you.

Return & Refund Policy & Procedures

Only applies when goods are inspected and notified to Cocoluxur within 48hrs of receiving of goods.Please unpack all goods and inspect for any damages

Please place any damaged goods into original packaging and retain all packaging. A Photo must be sent to info@cocoluxur.com.au alongside with the description of the damage alongside with the following:

– Order Number
– Full Name
– Email address
– Contact number
– Street address
Delivery of smaller items will take between 5-10 business days of placement of your order, depending on where the delivery address is.

Delivery of larger/heavier items will take up to 4 weeks of place of your, depending on where the delivery address is.

 

SERVICES

Home Staging

Total installation includes delivery plus 4-6 weeks hire. The agreement for 4 or 6 weeks, should the furniture be required after 4 or 6 weeks period, it will be charged on a weekly basis until the goods are collected. Weekly charges will be outlined on the relevant quote.

Cocoluxur’s service includes trained professional stylists. Stock delivered on the site is always subject to our stylist’s choice and stock availability at the time of sign off.
By agreeing and signing to our quote, you give the stylist authority over the goods chosen and installed. If, due to personal taste you wish to swap the goods, this will incur a fee listed on your quote, a 2 way charge for each trip taken back out to the site. Changing over will occur at the next available timeframe.

Personal items

No responsibility will be taken for personal items brought or located to empty properties after the installation. If you have your own items, please ensure to be on site for the collection of your personal items.

Collection terms

Cocoluxur requires a minimum of 4 working days notice prior to proposed collection day, we will require access to the site on the proposed collection date. All fees and charges are quoted on Cocoluxur’s available delivery time of 8:30am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Any deliveries or installations outside this time frame will incur extra charges on the provided quote.

Deposit

When quote is accepted, signed and an installation date is booked, the deposit of 25% of the valued quote is non-refundable. A 50% of the deposit amount can be refunded for any reasons which falls under ‘special considerations’ listed on quote provided.
